Wherever "platform" or "website" is mentioned in these terms, it refers to all digital services, subdomains, and mobile versions of ek447. "User" or "member" means any person who has registered on, or is visiting, the platform without registration. 2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. If an account is opened with false information, it may be cancelled at any time and all funds held in that account may be forfeited.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each person may hold only one ek447 account. Creating multiple accounts — including opening an account using someone else's details — will be treated as bonus fraud. In such cases, ek447 reserves the right to close all associated accounts.

3.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits must be made only from a mobile number registered in your name. Funds deposited through a third party will not be accepted and will be returned. All transactions are processed automatically, though minor delays may occasionally occur due to system verification.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Gold: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback — the highest reward for ek447's most dedicated members.

ek447 sets the criteria for VIP tiers and reserves the right to change them at any time. Cashback may be credited automatically or through support. The terms of cashback will be determined by ek447.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ek447 platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes using bots, automated software, or any technical method.
• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources.
• Exploiting any technical error on the platform.
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate behaviour.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).
• Any activity that could disrupt ek447's services.

7.1 Fair Play Guarantee
